Diagnostic and Supply Chain Health Check
Ensure you are compliant and customs audit prepared.

The Chamber can now offer a Customs and supply chain health check designed around the current UK Customs audit checks.
The health check will go through key stages of the following:
  • Import procedures
  • Export procedures
  • Customs procedures
  • Supply chain
  • Customs valuation
  • Incoterms
  • Commodity codes
  • Origin
  • Freights
  • Returns
  • Samples
  • C88/SAD form
We will also go through your procedures and SOPS. 

Following the health check you will be provided with a full report with diagnostics and support.

Cost: £1,500.00 (plus VAT).

Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) UK

Taking place from Monday 14 - Sunday 20 November, GEW celebrates entrepreneurship through events, activities and competitions taking place across the nations of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland as well as countries around the world. Shevaun Haviland, British Chambers of Commerce Director General, will be a keynote speaker at the official launch, full day conference on Monday 14 November.

TRADE UPDATES
The British Chambers of Commerce (BCC) gave evidence on the UK’s global supply chains and trade policy before the House of Commons International Trade Select Committee last week. You can watch William Bain’s evidence to the Committee here. 

The BCC also gave evidence to the EU Economic and Social Committee (visiting the UK last week) on the current state of UK-EU trade, the experiences of traders and our proposals for improving the working of the Trade and Co-operation Agreement.
